"You get what you pay for. 100%. - I posted the above comment a while ago. - since then I've tired a couple places, for cheaper and closer. Spend the money and go back to elevate, don't waist time and money. Your already out spending money, take the extra drive, pay the little bit extra at the spa. If you like showers, there's one in the room. And it's warm and comfortable. That alone is worth the extra money, and there is more variety of girls. So your not gonna get stuck with someone your not attracted to"

"Staff were wonderful and attentive. The spa is clean and well maintained The experience however was less than relaxing. The techniques used were rough and fast. Was expecting smooth calming massage, gua sha , and scalp massage. She had her fingers inside my ears “cleaning”? It hurt. When she washed the mask off my face it was more like being water boarded. My scalp, ears neck and shoulders hurt more leaving then arriving."

They present a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, you don’t feel pressure into doing anything you are not comfortable with. The girl I had a session with today, Lola, she is warm and very welcoming, she is all about making sure you are totally comfortable and eases any anxiety you may be experiencing. Not only does she ease everything for you mentally but also physically, with her smooth and gentle touch she knows all the right places. "One important warning, on top of a high recommendation. The service is excellence, the staff are friendly, the work is high quality, the space is beautiful and relaxing, in a very convenient location. But currently (2024) they use a product that permanently alters the scent of any clothing worn or washed with the clothing worn for treatments. I used the "Monarch" scent so I can only speak for this one, but after I washed the clothing I wore to the spa with other clothing, ALL of that clothing smelled like "Monarch." I washed all of it again a total of six times on various settings, once including with vinegar, and left the load of clothes on the clothesline outside for two weeks (which more or less destroyed the one formal wear item, the rest were casuals so were fine). I then soaked for one hour in hydrogen peroxide and washed twice more. The scent is definitely reduced but is still there. For those who are fine with scents, this should be no problem at all, but if you are sensitive in the sense that you don't mind the scent once, but don't want it with you going forward, or if you like to have control over how your clothing smells, they do offer scent free and I would suggest taking this option. Update: the scent has spread through more of my clothes - I think maybe one item got mixed in and contaminated others. At this point, this is the permanent scent I will be wearing, as I can't afford to buy all new clothes. I would advise Gem Spa to stop using this product; this is an unacceptable level of impact from a product that could easily be switched out for another line. You may wish also to inform the provider."
