"After reading reviews (after my visit, should have done a deeper read prior) I’m noticing all dissatisfied customers came to this place after purchasing a Groupon. And my experience was no different. My sister and I purchased a 60 minute full body massage on Groupon and booked the appointments for a Saturday. As we were driving there (about 30 minutes prior to our appointment) they called and asked to push our appointments back 30 minutes as they were running behind. At this point, we didn’t mind and were okay with that. Upon arriving, nobody greeted us, and we were given no papers to fill out to indicate any injuries, problem areas, areas to avoid/preference, health concerns, nothing. We both left extremely disappointed and experienced the same poor treatment. The massage itself was very poor, as if the aesthetician had no training. The amount of oil used on our skin, and all up in our hair was an unnecessary amount. She never even asked if she could use it in our hair either. No massage techniques were used, it was if someone was just rubbing oil on our bodies, and the head massage was just quick scratches, it was not relaxing in the slightest and I almost asked her to just stop. But I figured I’d already paid and it would be a waste to leave. Staff even told my sister not to book on Groupon as apparently they take half the cut. Clearly they don’t treat there Groupon customers well as they aren’t getting paid well enough from them. My advice to them would be to stop advertising on Groupon as they seem to only receive negative reviews due to there poor negligence to those customers."

"I’ve been going to see Najwa for almost 10 years. In that time I’ve had numerous pedicures, and manicures which have been thorough and long wearing; and always relaxing. I’ve had eyelash extensions, and micro-blading on my brows several times; always with great results. My most recent service micro-needling has produced the most amazing results! Many of my deeper facial lines are reduced, my skin looks firmer and more radiant! I’m very impressed. I’ve had many compliments. I’m recommending it to everyone! You won’t be disappointed. Her hands are magic! I don’t know how she came up with the name Miracle Touch but it absolutely suits her and her work. I can tell that she is extremely passionate and loves what she does . I can feel it as she massages me . She is so knowledgeable and offers great advice . I feel confident in asking her anything . "From my very first time going into the spa, I’ve always felt welcomed! They are all so friendly and I didn’t feel pressured after my consult to sign up. They explained everything in great detail that I felt comfortable and confident in their services to purchase the laser hair removal package. My first visit went great and could see the results within the first month! I went in for my second session and had a different technician and she was great as well. I’m so happy with my decision to use this spa. I will be using their other many services soon as well. Keep up the great work ladies!"

"What a great space! Everyone in this space is skilled at what they do! My nail Technician Fiorella was wonderful. Very sweet and talented! I've never had my nails look so good! I did an overlay on my own nails. Just perfection. They do Russian manicures. The salon is very clean and cute. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone that can afford it. UPDATE: I Just finished a skin tightening treatment with Hanna! I had a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and has a really positive energy (something you need for her profession!) Explains everything. Super clean and calming environment. My skin feels tighter and lighter and moist. Plumper. Love it. Ill be going back for a facial next! You can buy packages as well. I recommend Hannah to everyone. Everyone is very friendly and professional I also did a nail session with Katrin - she is also amazing! Everyone here is talented ????."

I really appreciate the knowledge Cheleen has, answering my many questions & how she explains the whole process & knew what product was best for my aging skin.
