"While this location has very fast response time and is great at accommodating time changes the service left a lot to be desired. I went for a leg and underarm wax and have been waxing by myself for over 10 years. My provider rushed through the process, didn’t check to see how I was doing or slow down when I was visibly wincing despite being pretty used to hot wax. Furthermore, they left me with severe and abnormal redness and pain in my underarms that has not subsided after 2 days. I hope my experience is an outlier but I felt it important to share my experience."

My grandma has significant limited mobility, and difficulties with speech. Jackie was so patient and kind during the service and did an excellent job on her feet. Very professional service, all tools sterilized, gentle on her feet . She is such a genuine person and I will definitely use her services again. Highly recommend!"
