"Looking for an acupressure massage to help with my pains after a week of skiing at Whistler Blackcomb. Now I realize how incredibly lucky I was to find an opening here for an 80 min session. This was not a relaxing zen massage but all business to fix what was causing pain and stretch out what was painfully tight. Ken was incredible. He made old injuries better and smoothed out the new ones. I have regained full range of motion in my neck and my hip pain is much improved. Just listen to him closely and do what he says- because I walked away shocked at what a difference he made in just 80 min. He was knowledgeable and very thorough. I get massages regularly and this one was like none other. Again, it will be painful at times but he gets you through it and he really knows what he is doing. He definitely deserves the 5 star rating!"
"I love using the Ispa. It's a great break from walking those mall floors. Only grip is the lighting is directly Above some of the chairs & shines in your eyes & the chair will tell you repeatedly to get out while you are trying to pay."

"Absolutely the most disrespectful, horrible, appalling, and shockingly unprofessional behavior and customer service I’ve ever encountered in Oakville — all coming from the clinic owner, Darren, and the staff working there. I had booked appointments and had to cancel one due to an issue with my insurance. Without any prior communication or warning, the clinic took it upon themselves to cancel my other upcoming appointment because when I arrived for the remaining appointment, I was shocked to find it had been cancelled without any notice. To make matters worse, they blocked my account and my phone number, and told me to find another provider. Their staff was also all shockingly rude to me. I was told by staff today that this is all coming from the clinic’s owner, Darren. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve experienced with a service provider. I would urge others to not waste money by booking with this clinic. I found this experience to be completely unprofessional and extremely appalling. I would strongly urge others to stay away from making any bookings with this clinic and to think twice before trusting this clinic with your any of your time or care."

"Just finished my first appointment with Amanda. It was amazing. She is a very nice person and a great RMT. The room is very clean and nicely appointed. Her on-line booking/client information management system worked flawlessly. Already booked my next visit and my wife is booking her first visit as I write this review. Do yourself a favour and go see her, you will not be disappointed."

"Never never buy online products from this place! I lost my money. They are sending defective beauty products and ignoring any messages to to make an exchange or issue a refund. I made my order of 4 beauty products to try, but2 of them came absolutely defective. I tried to contact their customer service many times. They promised to exchange defective beauty products, but then they just ignoring my messages. I lost my money and feel so disrespectful as a client! Worst place !!!! Will never recommend it to anyone!"
"I asked for half highlights just to frame my face and around the top of my hair. The junior stylist decided to only highlight half of my hair (one side)???. She added highlights underneath the layers of my hair (I specifically said the top only) and she ultimately damaged my hair. When I asked for a correction I was offered a follow-up appointment 2 weeks from the date of the complaint. Followed by a slur of insults such as she should have known there would be an issue because the consultation took longer than 15 minutes which is not true. She charged close to $300 and condescendingly mentioned she had to use her own products to do my hair. At that point the trust was completely broken. I refused for her to touch my hair again and asked for a partial refund in which the stylist said no. $600 later, 2 additional visits with another salon to fix the damage that was done. The stylist is incompetent, has zero listening skills, and should find a new profession. There was zero follow-up. I expected more."
