"I had an extremely disappointing experience at Shangri-La Wellness & Massage Spa, and I feel compelled to share it. It was my wife's birthday, and I wanted to treat her to something special. I called the spa at 10:30 AM to book a 90-minute couple's massage for 5 PM. They confirmed the appointment and even mentioned a first-time customer rate of $100 for 90 minutes. However, when we arrived at 5 PM, they told us they had no record of the booking, despite checking their call logs and confirming that I had called earlier in the day. Instead of honoring the original booking, they said they could only offer a 60-minute massage for $110—completely different from what was promised. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service ruined what was supposed to be a special day. I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I cannot recommend this spa, and I suggest looking elsewhere for reliable and respectful service."
