"I have been going to Body Benefits Day Spa for a couple years now. I have had facials, pedicures, lash curls, and bought product from here. Mel, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, professional, and has such a passion for her work and clients. Her products are excellent quality and have done wonders for my skin. The facilities and equipment are well maintained and cleanliness is always a priority. I have never been unhappy with a service I've received. The nurse practitioner, Jessica, is also wonderful. I've gotten botox from her many times and have never been disappointed either. I would definitely recommend Body Benefits Day Spa."

I had full grown eyebrows and she trimmed these with so much technique that I didn't feel any pain.Also she provides her own suggestions which gives an entirely new edge to the service. This shows her experience. Also her way of comforting the client gives a warmth feeling. Definitely looking forward to other services as well:)"
"I’m giving Bryce a well-deserved 5 stars for the magnificent massage I received. However, my overall experience was marred by a lack of customer service, leading me to rate it only 1 star overall. As a new customer, I arrived with a stiff neck and was looking forward to the full 60 minutes of relief. Unfortunately, my massage was cut short by 8 minutes. I had completed all the necessary paperwork in advance and arrived on time, but the receptionist tried to blame my timing for the shortened session. She asked me to wait, which only added to my confusion. When I provided feedback about the timing issue, she did not acknowledge my concerns or offer any solutions to rectify the situation. She just looked away and went silent. Regrettably, due to this experience, I will not be returning."

The staff was very professional and took the time to explain the entire process, making sure I felt comfortable throughout. "Michelle and Veronica are so amazing. I went in and had services by both and came out feeling refreshed, relaxed and great. I hadn't had my hair colored in several years and Veronica took the time to help me decided what I wanted to do and it turned out amazing! I love my cut and colour and will definitely go back! Michelle is my go to. She always makes me feel relaxed, comfortable and does an amazing job. I have been seeing her for several years and even though I have moved out of London I will only go to her for her services, even if it means driving an hour! She is always very helpful, gives great suggestions and really take the time to give you that spa experience!"
"I contacted them about laser hair removal about 6 months ago and so far the experience has been great! Easy lines of communication, pricing is very reasonable, staff is friendly and accommodating. After about half my treatments, results have been great."
"I've been using Bliss nails and Anna for a few years now and its always been a pleasant experience. Before a recent vacation I decided to treat my four old and myself to mani/pedi’s. I did a gel manicure and I decided to upgrade to shellac for my daughter so it would stay on longer. We paid $200 for all the services. We left for vacation and my daughter nails were basically off within three days of having then done. Within a week, four of my nails started peeling and breaking where they added the extension when it should last 3-4 weeks When we returned back from vacation, I called Anna and she told me to come in so she could fix it. When we came in the next day, she looked at my daughters nails and said she doesn't guarantee kids because it comes off quickly, in which I replied we did shellac so it should stay longer and she said shellac will still come off with kids. I told her I wish I had been told that at the time when I paid $15 extra for shellac. She agreed to fix it. She looked at my nails and said I should have come in earlier, but I told her we just came back from vacation. She reluctantantly agreed to fix. When she sat down, she told me my nails had a lot of growth and asked if I wanted to fill them since I was here and I asked her how much and she told me she could do it for $50. And then asked her if she could work with me on price since she had already agreed to fix four of my nails for free, so it would make sense that she could give me a bit of a discount. In which she replied, she was already giving me a discount but when you look at the pricing on the wall, it listed gel refills as $50 proving she wasn’t giving me a discount. I asked for clarification thinking there was a misunderstanding, and she stood firm on her pricing. I was not asking for it for free, I was asking for a $10 discount since I already spent $200, for our nails to be ruined within a week and now she was looking for me to spend more money. With zero flexibility I told her to remove the nails because I would not be spending more money and would not be returning back. I genuinely hope $10 was worth losing a regular customer, especially when people are being tighter with their money, and businesses should be aware of that. I was not seeking special treatment; I asked you to make it right."
"It's been an annual retreat for me and my husband to visit this spa on our wedding anniversary. We took the iconic float and Vichy scrub treatment and felt awesome. We were left rejuvenated and stress relieved! A must visit for everyone looking for some quality spa time and value for money. Hetal, the staff present there, was exceptional in providing the spa services. She is a thorough professional and a wonderful person !"
