The massages from Helen and Rebecca were amazing. We did 60 minute massages which is not enough. 90 minutes is the ideal amount of time. You can indicate to them how much pressure you want and which spots you want them to focus on. We will definitely be coming back to Spa JC every time we visit Montreal."
