She was very friendly and did a phenomenal job in hitting spots that I didn't even know needed to be worked on. I would recommend this place any day for a massage or Chiropractic need. The scalp massage was very thorough, detailed to the core with the right amount of pressure applied throughout. It was very relaxing, and Figgy communicated extremely well on what to expect throughout the process. She’s an excellent entrepreneur, found a great niche business, and was willing to take the risks and now it’s paying off. The customer experience is superb."

"The lady was good with customer service. Took my whole family for massage. There is no name on the door . When I put the address, it took me to the Gym. I asked a guy in the Gym he said massage centre is down the hallway. My only concern is if there was at least a washroom and a sink to wash hand would be great. I had to take my 6 yrs old to The Brick store nearby just to use the washroom as she had to go right after her massage was done which was frustrating. I recommend at least have a washroom near your massage clinic. This is basic requirements in my opinion. Thank you"

"I booked this mother's day pedicure over a month in advance because I was told all 3 of us could get pedicures at the same time if they had advance notice for staffing. Then we show up and there's only 2 staff members so I had to sit there while my mom and sister had their pedicures and then they had to sit there while I had mine. Wouldn't have been so bad if we didn't have lunch plans after and it put us over an hour behind on the rest of our afternoon plans. So disappointed!!!"

"This was my first facial. Nicole began by asking about my skin problems and skin routine. From there she decided and built my custom facial. To say I felt comfortable and relaxed is an understatement. She doesn’t just do face. But neck, shoulders and collar bone. The hot towels she uses between products are so relaxing. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs an hour to just decompress and relax. My skin felt so moisturized and soft after. Thanks Nicole ❤️"

"Experience was ok but I do have to wonder what qualifications the staff have to perform this work. There’s a massage component to neck, shoulders and arms, are they massage therapist? Have they gone to cosmetology school? I had a very young man that although was lovely and polite, did not speak very good English. I felt like he was pulling items out of a box to fill time, wire head scratcher for a few seconds, battery operated massage tool ran once over my head. I was excited for the head spa water massage like in the pictures but that was used at the very end for a few seconds. There was no forms or questionnaire about hair types or products. I have no idea what was actually used. As previous reviews mentioned there’s 3 beds that are divided by curtains, very strange set up that isn’t private. I also agree with the comments about the blow dry at the end. He has absolutely no idea what he was doing drying my wavy hair, it was actually comical. I figured this would happen and planned accordingly to go straight home to do my own hair after. They provide luke warm tea and a few grapes and cantaloupe at the end. Overall it felt like an attempt at a high quality spa experience but fell flat especially for the cost, I did the 60 minute appt. I’d rather get a massage from a professional that I can claim on my health benefits and get a head massage from my hairdresser."

"I came in for a new set. The worker said the nails I had on when I came in were awful where did I go, it was her co-worker's set. She proceeded to mangle my nails bringing me to tears but said sorry I ran out of time to do your new nail set but I won't charge you today for removal. I won't be coming back, this is how they sent me out their door. The owner called, apologized and fixed the my nails and made them stunning with no pain even though my nails were so tender. Will come back to her again"
