"On m’a annulé à 2 reprises les soins Head spa Japonais en duo. C’est vraiment dommage! Je comprends qu’il peut y avoir des enjeux hors de leur contrôle mais du côté client cela demande aussi une organisation familiale quand on veut un soin en duo et annulation dernière minute. De plus, reprendre un rdv en duo est plusieurs semaines/mois plus tard car peu de disponibilité. Il aurait au moins été bien de se faire proposer une compensation quelconque pour les désagréments clients et ce à 2 reprises."

"Had a wonderful massage by Sarah and would definitely recommend! The building is very clean and surprisingly large! Receptionists were kind and helpful. The massage I booked was an aromatherapy back, neck and scalp, it was lovely. My only suggestion to improve was have the aromatherapy oils listed and something I could look over before since there are so many and I didn't know what oils were in each one. I ended up choosing one I liked, the muscle relaxing oil. Overall, very happy and will return!"

All the ladies at this practice clearly take pride in providing an exceptional experience for their clients, and as soon as you walk in the door there is a sense of calm and relaxation. Taylor herself is fantastic - she asks for feedback throughout your session to make sure the treatment is effective, and she provides practical aftercare instructions to help with trouble areas between massages. She is also a lovely person to visit with - she always remembers details of things I’ve told her, which is impressive given how many clients she sees regularly! "I was booked in at 10AM, I got a confirmation text for the time. I booked in for a gel set on my hands and my toes painted. They turned us away and told us to come back at 10:30. Then didn’t get me in until 11. Instantly started doing a full pedicure. We tried to tell them several times this isn’t what we booked. Finally got them to stop and paint my toes, then they told us they don’t have time to do a gel nail set and started doing a manicure. I told them to stop. Paid and left. Extremely disappointed."
