Monika is very skilled and she makes one feel comfortable. Her customer service is outstanding, and she is sweet and kind, and trying to give the best service. I also had a facial massage done with a special cream, and it was very relaxing and made my skin glow. Now, I will always come back to Monika, as she is doing an excellent job. She also does all kind of leg and full body waxing, and I'll try this next. With Monikas experience, and excellent clean work, one is never disappointed."

"Amazing nail Master! ???? I was treated with coffee at the beginning. My old gel nails were removed with care. An exfoliating scrub followed after completing old gel nails removal. Anju works very accurately and is very polite and proactive. After I had an opportunity to use massage chair while waiting for my friend. I would definitely recommend her. She is brilliant! ⭐️"

"My wife and I went there for a full massage, scrub and sauna package. The receptionist was very pleasant, told us about every thing, then informed us that Emily and Jennifer will be our servers. So we went into our change rooms and then to the massage room. Both, Emily and Jennifer were very professional, they chatted with us, made jokes. We were very impressed by the massage they gave us, it was very good. Then we went for the scrub. The scrub was ok. Not bad, but not as great as the massage. After there were went into the sauna. Over all were there for for about 3 hours. I would definitely go there again and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a massage. Recommendation for the management. I don’t have any complains, and I hope you don’t mind me giving you some advice. I had a good experience at your facility. How ever, I do have some recommendation where you can provide even better service. 1 For couples or anyone booking the full package set them up with first, massage, then sauna and then finally the scrub. That way they are good to go right after the scrub shower. 2 Invest in some scrubbing creams and better scrubs. The servers did scrub us but there was no scrubbing cream, its was simply a soap. I would recommend this place, and yes we will be going back to Emily and Jennifer."

"This will be my third time coming here and definitely not the last! I got a referral from my friend who said so many good things about this place and so I decided to get laser hair removal for my underarms! Yan is very friendly and accommodating! The procedure was quick and effective! She’s very precise about her work and I barely need to wax my underarms now (even after one session)! After getting my underarms done by her, I knew I needed her to do my whole body! So of course, I got a full body laser hair removal! I’m so happy with the outcome and can’t wait to finish the rest of the sessions! Also, I’m very particular about the cleanliness for businesses and if they follow the guidelines of Covid! When I tell you this place is CLEAN it’s beyond clean! The washrooms are clean as well! They also follow the covid guidelines properly so you know you’ll be good! I’m so happy my friend referred me and I won’t be going anywhere else!"
