I have had 100s of massages in my life, therefore I can tell what techniques are being used and whether the therapist "knows what they are doing". Josie identified areas that required manipulation, without me even telling her the issue. The feedback after the massage was thorough, including aftercare advice, which not all massage therapists provide. I will definitely go back to Riverside when in the area. As my massage was so good I decided to book Reflexology , later that day. I met a lady called Liz; she was also excellent!! I have had Reflexology only a couple times before at different places, but not like Liz's!! She worked up my leg also and not just the feet. She also provided feedback and encouragement afterwards.
