"Luxury spa located in the Pan Pacific Hotel. Arrive early before your appointment to use their lounge. They have tea, coffee, and dried snacks. I received a manicure from Jean, the head manager of facial and nail department. Their nail colour selection is great. Although my nails did not cure properly, Jean called me personally to invite me back for a new set. I really appreciated this valuable customer service and how this issue was rectified. Ruby did my new set and she was lovely - very kind, meticulous, and thorough. I want to give praise to the dark skinned receptionist with short hair (Sorry, I could not get her name). She was extremely friendly and genuine from when she called me to confirm my appointment to when she took my payment. Overall, a high-class establishment with stellar customer service. I would recommend this place and will come back for facial treatment."

"On a girls trip, and our feet were killing us at the end of the day. Came in at 8:45 pm as a walk in for a 30 min foot massage and they were able to accommodate all of us. We left with all soreness gone! Really recommend. Their late open hours are ideal, and the price is excellent. Complementary tea and a chocolate was the cherry on top."

All of the ladies there are great to deal with and a well run organization. They give helpful reminder calls the day before your appointment too. Kellie has been doing my hair and my wife approves every time. Can get some waxing, nails, etc. done there also. Great one stop shop. Thanks Ladies!!!!"
