"About 18mths ago I decided to switch from the high end spa I had been using for over 10 years and after research chose Casbah Spa.My first impressions, staff and customer interaction was underwhelming and thinking my decision might be short lived. My technician was Melissa, a relatively new employee here.It was she who saved the day and cemented my decision to return.She did an excellent job on my signature Manicure and pedicure. Through my subsequent visits I always regetted the upon entry interaction with the front desk staff.Surely didn't get that Customers are our everything feeling, until today.A breath of fresh air, Page wearing the new light coloured uniform was over the top compared to my previous visits. Pages genuine personal smile and friendly sincere voice was comforting as she welcomed me to the spa changing area and provided clear instruction and tips.To management, I understand Page is relatively new in this role, if this was my business I would nuture this sweet diamond in the rough! She along with Melissa's excellent skills and personality have kept me a customer.I had an excellent day today and feel much better about my next visit in April.Mary"

"I had the BEST experience today. The staff was all friendly and fun. The space was clean and welcoming. We had more than enough time in the sauna, and a lovely time in the salt cave. Very relaxing. We also had couples massage and a facial. The massage was extremely relaxing and the facial was top tier. I felt so cared for. I cannot wait to book back in again. Ohhh and don't forget to purchase a bath bomb (or 2). Loved them."

"Overall my experience here went well and relaxing. I have gotten the foot massage which is only $25 for 30min today. First they get you seated on two comfortable leather couch chairs, then soak your feet in hot water for 15min. After they will start the massage which they use a deep tissue technique to really get in there and relax the joints. Closer to the end of your time there they use hot wet cloths to get off all massage cream. They have left my feet feeling amazing and less painful, the only thing that could improve for this place is how much talking the masseuse does while they massage you. I recommend this place overall on a good note."

"Amazing massage in a studio with beautiful ambiance and soft music. Pat uses a lot of heating pads and blankets so you never feel cold. She is a very skilled massage therapist and can get rid of a lot of muscle pain and tension. She uses cupping and hot stone and it feels really good for days after the treatment."

"James is great! I take my mom to see him for Rapid NFR/Shockwave Massage. After just 2 session with him, my mom has been feeling a lot better compared to before. The pain she had went from 7-8 down to just 4-5. He even taught us exercises to help while at home to increase recovery. After every session, my mom mentions how light and untense her muscles feel. Additionally, James is always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him!"
