"Best masseuse in the area. His massage helped me with my stiff neck and shoulder pain which I have been experiencing for over an year. I have tried every other treatment but did not help. In just one session I could notice the difference. I would recommend for anyone who has been experiencing such pain. His knowledge is impeccable regarding subject."

"Swan located in Richmond. The owner Patrick open the door he was very nice with me took me to a room no problems then 5 minutes in the room I heard me yelling at one of the girls for no reason. He treated her very bad. I didn’t see any reason for him to be so violent and rude absolutely no respect for the poor girl he was yelling at. I think something is very wrong at the place is located in Garden City. The Asian girl that came in the room to see me told me he is often like that. She said that he is always mistreating them and she also said he is out of control. I think someone needs to take a deep look at that place and investigates what is going on. No human being should be treated that way. Is not the first time I hear about Patrick’s abusive behaviour. He is not in China this Canada and that kind of abuse is not tolorated. I would spend one more cent there. I don’t agree on how the girls are treated by the owner Patrick"

"Honestly probably one of the best foot massages I've ever had here. So good to the point that I had to ask for the name of the specialist who took care of me, which I highly recommend Amanda! She knew exactly where to massage and how to adjust her strength without me even saying a word. By the subtle movements of my feet and observing my facial reactions, she knew exactly where to use more strength and where to ease up and that was extremely appreciated because most other places I go to, I would have to constantly remind or say something when it gets uncomfortable. Aside from that, the owner, Eugenia was also wonderful, meet and greet at the door, accommodated our request last minute (an hour before closing) and apologized for the wait when someone else was infront of me paying which was not even a long wait at all. Overall just very courteous and customer service driven. Would really highly recommend this establishment!"

"So, feeling a little beat up by covid, a hot summer, trying to keep the house and yard in shape and still get some work done... I needed a break. I had been here a few months back when they were simply upstairs at this address. I got a bit of a surprise when I opened the door, expecting to see upstairs, instead you now open into a large lobby, all newly renovated, quite nice. They now have some treatment rooms upstairs and some main floor. One of the rooms on the main floor I saw was set up for backwalking. I did not opt for that today but chose one hour of pressure point or shiatsu. (Appointment not always needed..) Attendant was very methodical and found a few tight spots and worked them out quite well in a comfortable way. Seemed my hour passed very quickly and I quite enjoyed the treatment . And moving and feeling a lot better... highly recommended...."
