"First time at this spa- first time getting gensis laser done! Right off the bat the person at the front desk was sooooo nice! She had a beautiful smile and was so down to earth and friendly! It was a very short wait until I was moved to the room for my service. The girl who did my service was also so warm and friendly! I felt very comfortable the entire time. "I'm leaving this review because l feel that this Salon takes advantage of people. I had to cancel my appointment, which my appointment was for consultation for pricing. I had to cancel because l was sick and now they tell me l have to pay 25$ for canceled appointment. They did not tell me any canceled appointment, you will have to pay 25$ for canceling. This is very unprofessional and l would not recommend this Salon. Selfish people. I will not stand by and let people be taken advantage of, specially when things are so hard for people."
