"I have been to Tetherwood many times over the years. My husband always buys me a gift certificate to get a pedicure. I had a pedicure done and the girl that did It was lovely however, the polish peeled by day three and did not even last the entire week of my vacation. I feel for the cost of this treatment that it should have lasted longer as it always has in the past. Unfortunately I won’t be returning, as in my opinion not worth the price."

"Edit: Tetherwood spa contacted after my review and offered to fix my cuticles. I appreciated the call. Unfortunately, I was unable to take them up on their offer, but was happy they wanted to me to be happy with the service provided. I have changed the review to 5 stars. Overall, the experience was fine. The vibe was comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing. The pedicure was amazing. The water temperature was perfect. They did their best with what they could with my feet and the massage was exactly what I needed. I was offered a lavender neck wrap, which was divine. my only trepidation is the manicure. My cuticles are still atrocious and the nail polish already chipping. I went 3 days ago. Womp. I was surprised, because the last manicure I had was amazing. I will still be going back, but frankly, I’m not super happy with my visit. Maybe the tools are to blame as the one I use at home gets the job job. I do want to state that the hygiene practices are top notch and I think a lot of effort is put in to maintaining. I appreciate that very much! Note: my left middle finger (smudge) was my doing -_-"

Sabrina was amazing and so helpful through the entire process. She even asked if I wanted the cut to have a harsh end or soft, which is something I never considered. I will definitely be returning!"

"I had a lovely experience at Essence! I came in with choppy, uneven layers I had cut myself, and Kevin really took his time to assess my hair and address my concerns. He gave me a thorough tour of the salon as well, explaining all the products he was using and patiently answering any questions. I felt the price was very reasonable for the care you receive here! All the other staff also seemed so warm and kind. I left with my hair cut beautifully, and I'm looking forward to returning! Thank you!"

"Booked myself for a chiropractor first time visit , honestly felt the whole process was rushed and completed so fast. They say technically the first visit takes up about 30 mins, guess what mine was done within 10 mins including the cracking part. Very less information was given out and I’m not sure if I’d wanna come back to the same place. No grudge against anyone up there, but I’d rather have the professional personnel give out proper time and care for services like this. The place looks great overall though, pretty clean and tidy!"
