"This was my second visit to this place, and it will be my last. I arrived at 3:53 PM and asked for a pedicure and massage. I was told I would be next after the client waiting before me and that they’d call me in half an hour. I returned at 4:40 PM but never received a call—instead, they called people who arrived after me. What’s the point of a waitlist if it’s not honored? The staff struggled to find someone available for my pedicure. If no one is willing to do pedicures and they only want to do massages, why even offer the service? I would have appreciated honesty upfront—if they had simply told me no pedicure was available, I could have gone to Premium Lounge instead of wasting my time waiting for a call that never came. Terrible customer service. I won’t be returning."

"5 months ago my experience here was not a positive one but Dr.J Keung contacted me, asking for more information and wanting to make things right. Today I had a completely different experience which I am thoroughly grateful that I chose to give this place another chance. I was met with a pleasant greeting upon arrival, asked if I would like some water and my appointment started on time. The massage was like night and day from the previous one, with this massage focusing on all areas of concern and with the right amount of pressure. Thank you for reaching out and truly caring about your clients. It says a lot about a business when they can admit there was a failure and make it right in the end. Very much appreciated and would definitely recommend this location."

"I work a super physical job and always have neck and back pain. After a friend suggested it, I got a massage here from Violetta. It did the trick, my back feels rejuvenated. It's a relieve to get my mobility back. The service was awsome. She was attentive and gentle the whole time. She made sure I was comfortable and asked about where all the stress points were. I felt I was very well taken care of and It was money well spend. I would highly recommend getting this therapist."

"Chanez is simply the best massage therapist there is. I went to her with 5/10 constant pain in my legs, sciatic, and upper back, and after a few sessions, the pain resolved. Nowadays, I go for entretien/maintenance only. I work out every day so after a couple of months, I know I have to make an appt. or else I get into trouble. My wife and soon my daughter are going to see Chanez. I recommend her most warmly to everybody. She is our family's massage therapist."

"Wonderful escape for Spa Enthusiasts. Nordic in tradition it offers serene wooded ambiance, and tranquil quiet areas. I have been there numerous times willing to make the roughly 4 hour hike for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in Oro Medonte just North of Barrie. The circuit of hydrotherapy, dry sauna and steam rooms with aroma therapy and cold plunges is amazing. Also dining on site. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!"
