"I had my first RMT treatment with Sophia (Nicole) yesterday, and I have booked more appointments. She was fantastic. She addressed my concerns and is treating an ongoing issue that I have been dealing with for years. I wish I had started sooner as I am already benefitting from her treatment. She answered all my questions and the treatment was relaxing and extremely effective. The clinic offers a wide range of services, is clean and efficient. I am excited to go back! Thank you!"

I was having major issues with my sciatica to the point that I was barely able to walk/move and sleep because I was in so much pain and discomfort. Marissa has magical hands and even after one session there was a huge improvement, but after a few more sessions I haven't been having any issues. Would highly recommend and always tell my friends and family to go here!"

"The best haircut I’ve had in over 60 years. Not only that but I was so impressed with Chris , her kindness and completely caring . I told her I did not want another old lady hair cut like have been given as I aged and my white hair they all seemed to assume I wanted the Yuk hair style . At 83 I’m not dead , I still like looking good . I have had so many compliments . And I’m so grateful . My hair is so easy to care for now. I’ve asked 2 people who complimented me to please go to Chris . And they let me bring in my small dog in And gave a chair for my care giver . "Warm and relaxing atmosphere. I booked the massage and turkish bath (with bubbles). The bath was an interesting experience as a first time- it’s a good way to get a full body scrub! Only feedback is for the staff to be able to share info about the benefits of the treatments when customers are curious. The lady that did my bath didn’t seem knowledgeable and i don’t think that should be the case. However, still had a great experience!"

"Best not to book a service here in the winter time. They are not accommodating to weather and road conditions and still charge you. All of the luxury hotel spas have 24 cancellation policy but they are accommodating and make exceptions since they want to provide good customer service and ensure repeat visits. I would recommend going to Spa my Blend by Ritz Carleton for a better experience at the same price."

"I booked an RMT massage with Robbie to work on some soreness I was experiencing. He was attentive and switched pressure on areas that were more sensitive. It was initially a 45 min appointment turned into 60 considering how much work Robbie wanted to do. I’m grateful he took my needs seriously and gave me tips on stretching ideas while being on the go. I recommend this wellness centre. Gratuity is optional as they function both a clinic (acupuncture, RMT) and spa (facials, hot stone)."

"I came here for the first time with my wife. We got a couples massage. I must say it is a really nice spot. The change area’s have a steam room and hot tube that you can utilize before your treatment which really relaxes you. They have a sitting area with healthy snacks, organic herbal tea’s, cucumber and lemon water. I would recommend showing up 30 to 60 mins prior to your treatment so you can use the amenities and get yourself in a truly relaxed mind and body state. Our massage was also great. The shower has everything you need with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They also have spray underarm deodorant, hair gel, combs, q-tips....etc Basically all you need to do is show up with a bathing suite and enjoy your time there. I would recommend this place."

"5/5 would highly recommend Melanie at venamobile and their services for anyone who can’t get to the lab, has anxiety with healthcare providers, doesn’t want to wait weeks or hours etc. Melanie was amazing, got my bloodwork first try, gave me a heads up before arriving so I could settle my dog and listened to me about where was the best spot to try. I have had so many difficulties at public laboratories and so much unnecessary anxiety. I did not think bloodwork could be this easy and pleasant. Will definitely be using venamobile again. Riley was a pleasure to deal with when booking the appointment, she was very helpful and answered all my concerns. My only critique is that I wish the place had a bit more ambiance when you walk in, maybe some music or soft lighting would help! just to keep the relaxing and inviting vibe going while waiting for your appointment.
