"Came here with all my bridesmaids to get our nails done and a massage. The massage was great - amazing job. The manicure was an absolute nightmare. Really wish i did my nails myself. The woman doing my nails tried to file them using a nail clipper file... which i asked her why and she said "they ran out of nail files" - then when she was painting my nails she proceeded to paint my cuticles as well. Not only were my nails completely messed up a day before my wedding but so were my maid of honours. I went to pay for the worst mani pedi i have ever had in my life and it was 90$ per person.!!!! I showed the woman my nails and asked her if it was appropriate the price they were charging for getting my cuticles painted red? she refunded me 30$ off of my 400$ bill - hardly customer service. Come here if you want the most expensive and worst mani pedi in ontario."
