"If I could give them a zero I would! The Bridgeland location was disgusting dirty. The waiting room smelled like urine and every chair was soiled. Floors and shelves all dusty and dirty. So disgusting!!! Waste of my time! I left before my appointment I was not going to let anyone touch me in this dirty establishment. When I told them why I left they tried to explain the smell as an electrical problem they had. That’s is not better!!! Electrical problem when I am there for laser treatment. I have no idea what the treatment is like because I never got that far, I just wouldn’t want to be inside any so called private room. I saw the rooms because the doors were open and it was dirty. Good luck."

"Be cautious if you’re planning to claim the expenses with your insurance provider. Always ask for their license and registration number beforehand. When it comes to blood analysis, they are NOT licensed practitioners, which means your insurance will likely reject the claim. I’m sharing this review to help others avoid the same mistake I made. Here’s my experience: I went with my wife, who had an appointment for a blood analysis. Since I was already there, I decided to book a test for myself as well. Before proceeding, I asked the most important question: “Is this test covered by insurance?” The receptionist clearly said, “Yes, but you pay us here and submit your claim to your insurance.” Based on that assurance, I went ahead with the test. However, when I submitted my claim, my insurance provider rejected it because the clinic does not have a valid license or registration number for the procedure (see photo attached). I called the clinic for clarification and spoke with the same receptionist, who then admitted they are not licensed and there was nothing they could do to help. Now, I’m out over $500 with no reimbursement. While the actual exam was satisfactory, the lack of transparency about their licensing is unacceptable. It feels like they deliberately “omitted” this critical information to secure the sale- which ended up ruining my experience. If you’re considering their services, make sure you grab a license number and confirm all details from the practitioner, especially if you plan to submit claims to your insurance. Don’t let a lack of clarity leave you out of pocket like it did for me."
