"Sad to say. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had getting a massage. I have nothing bad to say about the actual facilities. As it was clean. Everything you'd hope to see. Receptionist was amazing and welcoming. Then we get to the massage. Beyond the fact she dislocated my toe. Never in my 50x getting a massage. Has a masseuse ever pulled and cracked my toes. Within a hr of getting home. My one toe swelled up. And a week later. Still bruised, swollen and sore as hell. Beyond disappointed there. I've always. Always. Just got a full body massage. Lots of times theyve found knots. And will go hard focusing on spots I didn't know hurt as bad as they did until they relaxed everything around the knot. But this time. Felt purposeless. No strategy. Blind leading the blind. Literally just a rub. Didn't focus on relaxing any specific muscle groups. I've had better rub downs from my 8 year old trying to help sore dad after a long stint. She felt multiple knots in my back. Would give them a quick circle rub and quickly moved on. I've never in my life had a massage where they found and ignored knots. A masseuse ignoring knots just boggles my brain. Yes I ordered a full body. But not once has that ever stopped a masseuse from pointing out a knot. And asking me if it was OK if they spent more time to focus on that one spot instead wasting it on knotless areas. I walked out with more exposed knots then I went in with. She never talked unless it was time to roll over. Also very weird. Usually they are always great at communicating with what they are doing. Why they are doing what they are doing. I felt like I got a trainee with a month of training that was just hoping I didn't notice they had only read about the procedure in a book. Never once was i asked if it was too soft or too hard. So besides spending the 110 or whatever it is. Plus tipping at least 20. I left with a dislocated toe and multiple new exposed knots. I paid to leave in worse condition then I came in with. Nothing about this was a dream. Everything about this experience was a nightmare."
