She applied the perfect pressure and targeted all the right tension spots on my body. I felt completely pampered during the full-body massage; it never felt rushed at all! "I don't usually leave bad reviews but this was extremely unprofessional. If I was to cancel an appointment at such short notice I would no doubt be charged a fee. This is my second time being cancelled on by an rmt from here and both times it was the same day the appointment was scheduled.. Today takes the cake tho. I got in for my 3 pm apt at 2:50 and then after waiting to get checked in the receptionist just tells me oh I was about to call you, but your rmt just called saying they are under the weather or something. She tried to rebook me for tomorrow but obviously I'm not returning. Let's consider the fact that if someone is sick you generally are aware when you wake up, it should not have been left till 10 mins before my appointment or till I had left early from work thus missing out on pay, and wasted my gas driving into Barrie from Bradford. No apology was really even offerered. This behaviour so unacceptable and unprofessional. If a client did this back to an rmt or clinic they would have no problem charging us, can I charge them for my time wasted? Definitely not returning"

"My hairs were damaged by this salon. I went for permanent straightening and the chemical burned my front hairs. Now, when I am going to other salons for getting solution for my hair, they told me this is because they left chemical for a longer time which completely damages my hair. Though they gave me some complimentary sessions and then said we can not do anything else. If they damage my hairs either they should refund me or correct my damaged hairs. Highly disappointed."

"Had an amazing lash lift and tint at Sage & Skin!! I loved that she offered different tint shades to choose from! My lashes look fantastic! The curl is perfect, I haven’t touched mascara since. Highly recommend! Kadie is absolutely lovely!"

I also really like that she uses her fingers rather than elbows, just like that pressure better. Their website makes it so easy to book and manage your appointments and the emailed invoices makes it easy to claim with insurance."

"I am an RMT who used to go to Zoe for massage when she lived in Toronto, and I'd still be going to her if she wasn't so far from me! Zoe is very skilled at finding my tense spots and making sure I never leave with the pain I had when I arrived. I appreciate an RMT who knows how/when/where to dig deep (and she really can if she needs to) and when to ease off with a more soothing touch. She is also very friendly and caring. Highly recommend!"
