Pretty much everything that came out of her mouth seemed like she was uncertain, hesitant, or guessing. She certainly didn't give us much comfort nor give us ability to trust your institution. We asked to speak with an in-take advisor and that was pretty much denied. She said a teacher "may" call us back today, but of-course we didn't receive any follow-up phone call. To the owner of this business, your receptionist may be harming your business more than doing good. Thought you should know."

"I visited Rita for the first time yesterday and it was awesome! From booking, scheduling, parking and the entire spa experience, it is clear that customer experience is top priority. It is easy to book, easy to park and find. Rita makes you feel instantly comfortable and at ease. She is an expert in her craft and I felt incredible after. "Second time here with my husband. Overall, a great experience. Grounds were nicely kept, baths did not feel overly crowded, was able to find indoor and outdoor seating without much waiting. Mind you, we went on a Wednesday morning. So wasn't expecting a large crowd. What I didn't like, was inconsiderate people who take naps sprawled out in saunas where capacity/seating is already limited and being charged 18% gratuity at a restaurant where I placed my order at a register, brought my own drinks to the table, and cleared the table of the trash/cups."

We told her of our appointment and she was persistent that they were busy and she couldn't see us, turned us away and didn't rebook us or anything. "Pretty decent experience at this spa. The massage with aromatherapy was excellent and I felt really relaxed. My muscles felt less sore and I became really sleepy afterwards. The hot springs was nice except really small and you have to book it in advance. The pool area had a regular pool and hot tub but on the side there was a sauna. The staff were really friendly and there were plenty of towels to use. Although the cabin vibe was nice, it was a little small."
