"I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this massage. The therapist seemed very inexperienced and the session felt ineffective from start to finish. I specifically requested that the focus be on my lower back, shoulders, and neck. While she did work on my neck and shoulders briefly, the pressure was so light that it barely had any effect. Even after asking for more pressure, I didn’t feel any change at all. Most frustratingly, she didn’t address my lower back at all, and throughout the session, she never checked in to ask how I was feeling or if the pressure was right. This massage did not provide any relief, and I left feeling exactly the same as when I arrived. All my previous appointments had been excellent, but this one was a letdown."
