"My wife and I recently experienced a relaxing couples massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. The staff were very friendly and kind during the treatment sessions. May we suggest folding portable walls be installed to offer privacy away from the main entrance area. Definitely recommend this spa to pamper yourself."

"I have been coming here for 2 years now and have enjoyed every practitioner I’ve seen. Unfortunately, there is something wrong with their booking system and it somehow automatically booked me in to see one of their practitioners on a wait list. I am willing to take full responsibility for any missed appointment as I value peoples time and understand they lose money for missed appointments. I did not get an email notification for this appointment until I saw it hours after on the day of. I did not open this email. I didn’t not receive a text reminder. I am now expected to pay full price for this massage. I DID NOT BOOK IT. there is clearly something wrong with your booking system. I am extremely disappointed. Not am I only losing a great place to see an RMT, I am losing $120 for something I didn’t do. Thanks for everything. UPDATE: another person has experienced the exact same issue as me. Still, not even so much as an apology from this place, just a passive aggressive reply to my google review. Awesome!"

"I’ve been going to this location since 2018, and even after I moved to Maple Ridge, Oasis Laser is still my go to! There’s just too many great things I’d miss out on just for the convenience of finding someone closer to me. From the very beginning, the experience feels so calming as you walk in. The establishment is aesthetically appealing to the eye. Sonia is amazing, for the most part it’s literally a few small feelings of a pinch here and there. The only thing with me is that I have super sensitive skin under my arm and she’s very attentive and observant to that fact , she’s patient when I have time pause when my underarms start to get uncomfortable. The ending result are amazing, I barley grow hair in my arms which I use to be very insecure about bc of how dark and thick they looked so I’d shave every day. But now my arm hair is barely growing and the few that do is so thin compared to before, I haven’t shaved my arm in over a year; I’m more confident with my arm hair now????. She loves to chitchat if that’s what you want but can also respect boundaries if you prefer a more quiet procedure. I’m a hugggee anxious introvert but Sonia breaks my shell and I always feel more at ease talking to her and it makes the time go by so fast! And don’t worry folks, I get it laser ain’t cheap but it’s a good investment in the long run especially if you’re more on the “hairier” side; and me being a full time student Oasis pricing is way better for what you’re getting! A lot of cheaper options don’t come with the quality that this store comes with and compared to other businesses it’s not as expensive, it’s worthwhile!!"

"I've been to different good massage places over the years but have found True North Massage Niagara to be the best by far. Christine's knowledge and expertise in what treatment is needed is spot on. Dealing with some long-time health issues (and falls) has made it challenging to find relief when the pain has flaired up. Here, I have found great relief of that pain enabling me to live life fully again. (I even treated myself to a facial and really enjoyed the relaxing and wonderful treatment it was!) If you haven't given True North Massage Niagara a try yet you really owe it to yourself to do so!"

"Beyond Thrilled! I have known Bailey, the owner of Drop Dead Gorgeous Day Spa since the inception of her business. I have watched their growth and expansion of services with great interest, and have accessed some of their services. However, it was only recently that I was able to experience their Divine Pro 3-in-1 Skin Renewal Platform Program. I had undertaken some significant research and internal reflection before deciding on proceeding with a non-invasive approach to optimize mature skin care. I did not want an invasive procedure that also required substantive down time. When I was introduced to this system, I consulted with my dermatologist, who was supportive. I felt confident in my decision to proceed. Bailey was superb. She explained the procedure with an obvious fully researched and informed approach, she reviewed pre-procedure documentation and addressed my questions and concerns. I was made comfortable and received a nice cozy blanket. As she proceeded with each step, she provided me details that I would understand what was to occur, and sensations I would feel. I even enjoyed a nap with one of the procedures. We undertook a customized best approach through the Derma-Pro deep skin analysis.
