"I just had a European facial with Sheetal, and it was wonderful! It was my first facial in a LONG time, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Sheetal made me feel more than comfortable, and explained products etc she was going to use along the way, as well as educating me on my skin concerns/questions etc. You can tell she is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to give your skin what it needs. Definitely taking into consideration all of her recommendations and will be rebooking another facial!! :)"

"Came here for a fill and they were very accommodating! Lashes looked super great after, however a couple days later they fell out quite fast… as someone who has had lashes multiple times. I found it fell out too soon and some of the outgrown lashes weren’t taken off and re applied… My friend even noticed it as well that one eye looked super bare compared to the other. Not too sure if it was due to not enough glue or products just didn’t work out for me? I am disappointed because I sent an email about it.. I just asked for a mini fill to at least help out since I did pay $86 with tip to last a few days… since then I just went elsewhere instead. Super friendly service and staff, just the quality of the work and the non response left negative experience for me."

"Form Facial Studio was such a cozy and relaxing space. It was my first time getting a facial massage, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Carissa started the massage with a guided meditation, which was such a nice touch. I felt so calm and pampered the whole time. "I love this place and it’s one of my favourite places for massages. I’ve gotten massages at a lot of places in the GTA: yorkville, Vaughan, North York, downtown, etc. but I always find this spot to be the best. I love how the rooms smell and the essential oils they use, it just feels relaxing and calming. Additionally, I feel like the staff are so knowledgeable. I booked a massage with Linda and she knew a lot about the points to press and her technique was just awesome. I felt better after this massage vs at other places I just feel nothing walking out or feel worse. This was great!"

"I have visited 3 times . The longest wait time was half an hour, that was acceptable. Dr. M Tsang was friendly, communicative and willing to listen. The receptionists were kind of cold, no smile on their faces and usually one- word answer if you ask them a question. But they were helpful and efficient. I like that this center provides blood work service to patients and was not busy."
