"I recently had the pleasure of spending time in Victoria and had two amazing appointments at Sapphire Day Spa that week. First a radiance facial from Alex that was the ultimate relaxing experience that left my face truly feeling radiant! Alex had the magic touch and was professional and knowledgeable. I returned a couple of days later for a massage by RMT, Stephan, whose massage was the absolute best I have ever had. Stephan listened to my needs and had great feedback and tips - A+ service by both Alex, Stephan and the whole Sapphire team! Thanks."

"I wanted a nice and chill place to get some facials and etc. done after a long weekend of working. I not only had a good experience but also loved how they went above and beyond for their clients. From every interaction, to ensuring you're comfortable, to having conversations to even making sure everything is kept clean and tidy - the entire team set a whole new level of benchmark on how to run a male spa. The entire atmosphere turned me from feeling like a stranger to a friend in a matter of minutes. I'm definitely buying my bros a gift card to this place, and they do grooming for special occasions too. I'm hard to impress, but they did a good job!"
