"My six year old daughter and I were in for ear piercings and had such a wonderful experience. Alka is very knowledgeable and transparent--she walked us through everything she did, from the start of set-up to the end of the procedure, so we always knew what was happening. Everyone was so clean, I was blown away by all the measures being taken to ensure everything was sanitized, it felt like a hospital with the degree of attention being paid in this area. Finally, Alka's customer service is top notch. We were in there for almost an hour and a half and never felt rushed as Alka talked us through the procedure and post-care while answering all of our questions.
