"I first visited this spa to pamper myself for my birthday two years ago after my friend spoke so highly both of Meryann herself, and the spa services. It was my first ever time getting a facial that didn't come out of a box. As a bit of a joke, I took a photo of my face before entering the spa for treatment, and then took another after I'd gotten the Meryann Signature Facial. My skin was glowing! I felt so refreshed and bright, and made many recommendations to the spa to my friends! 10/10 for experience, quality and customer service !"

"Never book again for their service. This clinic and their therapist Shelly keeps cancelling appointments on the same day or even only two hours before appointment. And the only job of their receptionist is to find all the excuses for that therapist and simply say that customers can go somewhere if you can’t suffer with last-minute practice."

My favorite was the nature room—it’s decorated with bamboo and leaves, making it feel like you’re right in a peaceful forest. They really thought through every little detail. I went for the $60 head massage, and honestly, that’s such a great deal for how luxurious everything felt. They took such good care of me, even bringing out a heating pad to help me relax. The massage included a full scalp treatment with shampooing and even drying my hair afterward, which was such a nice touch. I also got a face mask during the massage, which made the experience even better. All in all, this place went above and beyond. It was one of the best spa experiences I’ve had, and I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for something relaxing and high-quality without breaking the bank. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"I've been to several spas/salons over the years for waxing/sugaring and had many mixed experiences. A common experience elsewhere is pain, primarily because the technician was either in a hurry, not well trained or simply used bad techniques. One place even literally burnt my skin because they didn't know how to heat their wax. However at S&M Spalon, my technician/esthetician Jessicka was knowledgeable, professional, positive and personable. She also clearly "knew her stuff" so my treatment was super easy, quick and the least painful waxing experience I've had. Overall this was the best skin care experience I've ever had at a salon and I will return for sure!"
