"I had booked a spa day for myself and my kids a month prior to the appointment. It was a special day as both my daughter’s and my birthday were that weekend and my son was returning back to school the following week. Three days prior to the appointment I was called and informed that they could only accommodate 2 of the three appointments. At this point there was no way that I could make arrangements to book three appointments elsewhere. They said that potentially they would have a cancellation and could fit in the cancelled appointment (that sadly didn’t happen). It was very disappointing that even with my advanced planning they were not able to accommodate my reservation. My kids did enjoy their facial and massage however the hour appointment was more like a 50 min appointment."

"I hired Marlene at La Tropiqua to do pedicures for the guests at a baby shower I hosted and it was fantastic. Marlene was great to work with in the lead up the party and all of the guests had a great time. It was such a nice way to spend the afternoon. Marlene brought everything with her and even had spa music playing while doing the pedicures. I would highly recommend!"
