"I want to give zero stars. I had a good experience the first time I went, so I recommended my sister for a colour correction. When she went into the salon, the hair dresser processed “lightener” aka bleach for over 50 minutes at least. The left side of her hair fell out from the chemicals and the hair dresser accused my sister of lying about previous chemicals she had used and the lightener was reacting to those chemicals. My sister went in for the colour correction knowing full well she had bleached her hair and didn’t have unrealistic expectations. Beyond that, no test strand was done prior to any chemicals being applied to the entire head of hair. The hairdressers professionalism during the session was lacking, as she kept throwing her hands up in frustration. After the appointment, my sister returned home with chemical burns on the side where hair had fallen out. Having recommended this salon, I won’t be returning and have reached out to the salon but have yet to hear back. My sister was charged a flat rate of a colour correction despite everything."
