"Deceptive Practices and Horrible Customer Service – Avoid This Place! I had the most frustrating and disappointing experience at this massage place, and I strongly advise against going here. When I first called to book an appointment, the receptionist kept me on hold for an extended period while she argued with what I assume was the manager about a deal they advertise on their website. When she finally got back to me, she said she would book a one-hour couple’s massage for me and my daughter in the same room for $110 as advertised on their website. However, when we arrived, the same receptionist and manager told me that my appointment was actually for a foot reflexology session, not the couple’s massage I had booked. I reminded them of our phone conversation and showed them the advertised deal on their website—$110 for a couple's massage. They completely dismissed it and said I needed to "prove it." It took just a second to show them the website on my phone, but instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, they started speaking in another language, completely ignoring us for about five minutes. Eventually, they told me the deal didn’t apply to massages, only to foot reflexology. When I pointed out that the website clearly advertised a couple's massage, they suddenly raised the price to $150. At this point, I was so upset that I was ready to pay whatever they asked just to salvage our day. But then, even after asking for $150, they told me there was no one available to perform the massage! It was honestly baffling that they treated us so poorly. We left in frustration and shock. This place was completely unprofessional and dishonest. I would never go back and would warn anyone to avoid it at all costs."
