"Located in the Port Plaza at the Lakeport and Ontario St. Intersection. There is plenty of parking out front and a very clean decor with a nice relaxing aromatherapy scent once you enter. The staff are very friendly and unfortunately for me not having an appointment, was only able to enjoy a 45 minute with Bruce for a much needed foot massage. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Was offered different beverages to cool off and hydrate with. The pressure used was just right and always asking if everything was a-ok, which it was. Will definitely come back with an appointment to try the combo - foot+ body massage or take advantage of the Monday-Thursday special for a discounted session."

My experience comes from working with Matt previously while I was competing in sport, and now as an “retired” athlete with a desire to stay healthy while training for enjoyment. He has an extensive knowledge of the soft tissue systems, and intuitive knowledge of how to treat injuries. He has never let me down, and has even been able to brought me back from a back injury within 24 hours and able to compete the next day. "My experience at Renaissance was exceptional. I’m from Toronto and I come all the way down just to get my hair cut and coloured by the wonderful staff here. It is actually very affordable for what you get, coming from an expensive city this is a major discount and the same quality if not better. I typically get my colour from Chasity (who’s on mat-leave) and Tina. Both are wonderful colourists and lovely people. They are artists with blonde hair or lightened hair. Renaissance is lucky to have them! I get my cut by Dana who is also amazing, never cuts too much and layers beautifully. I’ve been going to her for years now. If you want quality work and relaxing experience this is the best spot in Niagara for hair."

It's also great to know there are stylists that specialize in Black hair at Natural Solutions, this can sometimes be hard to come by in the Niagara region. Moreover, the salon is beautiful, clean and the staff are very friendly. From booking to the actual hair appointment, the whole process was seamless. I will definitely be back sooner than later. "This is now my go-to place. I have been seeing Mackenzie now for about a year and she is hands down, amazing. So, so knowledgeable, patient and lovely. Best of all she is fabulous at what she does. I play tennis, and see my trainer 2-3 days a week so I am sore, and I get pretty tight quickly. Mackenzie alleviates a lot of discomfort for me . She has magic hands hahaha! I am very happy I found her. Between her and my chiro they keep me functioning and doing the things I love. Also, if you can’t get in to see Mackenzie, Erin is wonderful as well.
