"When I called to make a reservation, the receptionist said they would arrange an experienced masseur for me. However, during the massage, this masseur answered phone calls and used their mobile phone, and their massage technique was that of a complete beginner. It was extremely infuriating, and I will definitely not come back again."
"Chanda is literally the best massage therapist I’ve known. I’ve been to so many in the city and she’s the most intuitive, knowledgeable and healing one I’ve seen. She puts her 100 percent in, and knows what you need. She’s also very kind and her energy is so great. Shes also very clean and her space is spotless. I highly recommend. Honest review ????"
"For the last year at least, I have only been able to sleep on one side due to muscle pain and tightness. In the last 3 weeks, I've had tension headaches that resulted in blurry vision and fatigue. After one treatment by Tim and his osteopathic work, I slept on the side I hadn't slept in, in ages! The tightness in my neck and shoulders is almost gone... I'm standing taller and straighter than I have in so long. I'm so grateful to have a local solution that is long term. Tim was professional, explained his process, explained the reasoning behind each technique, and most importantly, took the time to listen. Thanks Brooks In Touch Therapy!"
"I give this spa a 1 star due to poor customer service. I wanted to purchase 4 treatments and 2 bath therapy sessions so I could spend a couple of hours there, a spa day. I'm not a difficult customer. I inquired about the treatments and how long each of them were, as well as planning out the appointment to include break times between treatments for lunch, etc. They only partially answered my questions, in which I had to contact them back more than once to have them fully answered. Eventually reception had to get their superior involved to make the appointment for me, and to answer my questions, but they did not take the time to read my message because they still couldn't get it right. Part of a good spa experience begins with customer service! I see they have a lot of good reviews so I am surprised they have such poor customer service. I received the "impression" that they just want to make quick money to get you in and our of their establishment as fast as they can. As a customer I question myself, "If customer service is bad I don't want to see how bad the services will be." I also received the "impression" that they are so much in demand that they didn't care for the money I was going to spend there. Not only did they lose a customer for that appointment, they also lost a customer who would have frequented their spa. I rather go to a spa that will value their clientele. Starting with good customer service would be a good start. I usually delete some Google reviews after a year, depending on certain circumstances. So I will do that for this company. The majority of their reviews seem to be good. They also offered me a nice price for my package too. If it was a problem with an employee not performing their job appropriately the company itself shouldn't be totally to blame. It's an internal problem they need to deal with. I'm sure they have lost potential customers and money due to this."
