"Worst experience of my life. Was told I would be with the same practitioner I requested, was not. Service was not up to par. Room was dirty, grease on equipment and floor. Valentines decorations up from a holiday 2 months prior. Practitioner left the room 3 times during appt. while I was on the table. Fire alarm went off while in the shower, ruining any type of mood that had been set. Nothing to wash off with. Very uncomfortable. When asked if I could please not finish the service was told it was paid for and she continued. Ask several more times to get dressed and if she could leave and was not listened to. Anxiety set in and asked again if she could please leave so I may get dressed and leave, I was crying and still did not. Upon entering the waiting area was made sure to pay the $200 for the service I did not receive in full. Was called by corporate in BC, told I would be contacted no less than 2 days later. Never received a call and when calling back 3 weeks later, was told I had been called twice by Saskatoon and had not been, double checking the call history and confirming with SaskTel that they had never tried. So lied to outright."

"My appointment was 3pm on 26 January with Kitty. I will never be back here again. She was 15 minutes late for my appointment. She really hurt my shoulders and the back of my neck by digging so vigorously that I can't touch my shoulders with my finger tips without wincing in pain. I've never had such a painful massage in my life, and I asked for just a relaxation massage, not deep tissue. This was not the relaxing experience that a massage should be."
