"This was honestly the best massage experience I’ve had in Canada! From the moment I walked in, the place smelled amazing—so relaxing and calming. The whole space is quiet, clean, and beautifully designed, even the hallway feels carefully maintained. The front desk staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always smiling and never pushy. I felt completely relaxed and respected the entire time. I did a hot stone massage in a private room, and it was amazing. My massage therapist, Alice, was incredible! She knew exactly where I was tense (especially my shoulders and back from final exam stress) and adjusted the pressure perfectly. She was so thoughtful—quiet when I wanted to rest, and super sweet and patient when I wanted to talk. I left feeling totally recharged. One thing I really appreciated: they let me use an old massage card I bought ages ago—so rare to see that kind of flexibility. Also, no pressure to tip or buy anything, which is a huge relief. I’ve had bad experiences with pushy places, but here, everyone was just genuinely nice and professional. They even offer free water, a great selection of essential oils to choose from, and premium products to browse—but again, no one tries to sell you anything. Big plus for me. All in all, the environment, service, and technique were top-notch. This place is now my go-to spot for relaxation. Highly recommend Alice!"

"I went for a lash lift & tint. It was my first time ever getting my lashes done and I honestly can’t tell that I was there for an hour. They look the exact same as when I walked in. At the beginning of the procedure the woman stated that I had really full long lashes (I was surprised as I don’t think so). Once the lashes were done I was even more surprised that they didn’t look any different. She said, “oh well your lashes are pretty short”. They don’t even look lifted or curled at all. I wish they would have told me I was wasting my $100. I’m still going to have to curl them and use mascara when I want them to look done. Everyone was nice but I wish they were more honest."

"receptionist will tell you your appointment is fine and then you’ll get a call saying it’s not fine. Online booking does not work. Very limited parking. Will tell you that your appointment will be an hour and then it will take 2 hours which is difficult for planning. Just a lot of room for improvement and not worth the hassle, plenty of better options out there!"

"I visited an acupuncture last week for treatment of my right shoulder pain. However, my experience was quite disappointing. During the session, the therapist began a massage that was excessively painful. I informed him that my primary concern was my right shoulder, but he insisted that I had issues on both sides. Despite my discomfort, he proceeded with a rough massage on my left shoulder as well. Unfortunately, I have now started experiencing pain in my left shoulder too. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I have since returned to my home country for further treatment."

He caters to our specific needs, respects our boundaries, chats when we want to but if we need a quiet space one day he's fully on board with whatever we need.
