"I had my first massage with Heather at this location and I will definitely come back again. The space was very calm, quiet and inviting. The bed and face rest was very plush and comfortable. She is very skilled in massage and has a polite and caring energy."
"It was a great experience; wasn't like those places that do dirty deeds, I fell asleep, during the session.(meaning it was pretty relax, I kept my mask on and my eyes shut for the whole session) I did a 2 hour session including deep tissue and fully body scrub. We started off with hot stone(unexpected I wasn't expecting it, which was great) The deep tissue was great!, she got all my joints and loosing them all out. Her skills was as if she has been doing it for quite some time as I presume she is the owner and older. The body scrub, I can understand how some may of complained about the salt, but it's enough to do the job, she scrub the spots that were bad while not putting too much pressure on it. It was a good first experience."
"Rebecca is amazing! Very skilled and professional! I had been suffering from sciatic nerve pain for months and had knots as hard as rock that Rebecca was able to work on with her acupressure techniques. After a couple of days my pain and stiffness were diminished to a level I hadn’t felt in over 6 months! I don’t know if it was just a coincidence or her amazing talent, but I will keep going back to her! I haven’t tried any of her employees yet, I don’t know if they’re as good as her, but I can recommend you to book her to work on your sore and painful areas. The spa is very clean, and of a high caliber. Other spas in the area I’ve been to, the masseuses have poor or no English language understanding, and not much massage skills at all, and I feel like the the visit has been a waste a time and money. Well, with Rebecca at Nirvana, you get an RMT quality massage from an attentive woman with good communication skills, for a lot less money. I look forward to my next visit!"
"I’ve had good experiences with many workers but the management and owners are the type that will take the hard worked money from their employees and any tips you give will not be going to the workers its going straight into the pockets of the owner. No loyalty to their employees so they do not deserve loyalty from customers. Edit: Wow seeing the type of response from the owner was one thing. I notice you went out of your way to come back and add onto your response as well. I have visited this spa several times and know how unhappy several employees are. I’m simply standing up for whats right. Thanks for your time"
"I came to Pantera Spa in Coquitlam last Monday , it was the first time I came back this spa after Covid19 and It surprised me. It changes a lot . Nice renovation and fancy lighting , Spacious and super clean room with shower space. Girls are beautiful and young. The girl names Kelly was very polite and provided good service. I heard the spa had a new management for couple month , looks like they did good job. I definitely will go again."
