"I took my niece for a special outing here in early March, as I was not willing to go to an outdoor Nordic spa in winter weather. I am thrilled to discover this indoor option in my own neighbourhood! Everything was spotless, well thought out, beautifully designed, and in excellent working condition. The eucalyptus steam room was my favourite thing. This is an intimate setting that makes the experience quite different from larger Nordic spas. The 16-person limit was just right. In 2.5 hours, we did 2 full thermal cycles plus foot soaks and facial treatments—we were very surprised at how fantastic the treatments were, even calming/resolving an allergic reaction to a new detergent that my niece had arrived with on her face. The treatment bar staff member was helpful, knowledgeable, and lovely. We snacked at MooShu first, then ate at LaBonita after—truly a delightful way to silent quality time without leaving my own ‘hood."

"Terrible customer service on March 7th, 2025. Massage lasted less time than indicated. It was my second time at this place. The first experience was enjoyable and honest. This time I had a very disappointing experience after choosing the option of 45 mins foot relaxation again. The actual massage lasted 30 minutes only, then the hot towel was ridiculous 10 minutes and I was asked to leave the room 5 minutes earlier. I explained that the first time everything was on time and I didn't have anything to complain about but this time I was basically robbed of 10 minutes of foot massage. The receptionist was VERY rude, almost aggressive, saying that everybody has different techniques of doing things and that my lady decided to do it this way lol techniques have nothing to do with the time being taken away from the client. Never going back to this place even though I enjoyed the massage."

"I love Upkeep Shoppe, I have been going here for many years mainly for pedicures, but they have so much more available. Everyone that I've dealt with there has been wonderful, especially Kiana at the front desk and Rina for pampering my feet. It's always so relaxing, good quality pedicure that lasts months, an indulgence without being too expensive. "If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, professional salon for a hair cut, this is where I would recommend you go. The staff are very friendly and offer you a beverage upon arrival. The stylists are talented and take the time to address your hair concerns. I would personally recommend Yana as she is very down to earth and very patient. They also offer haircuts. Joy is amazing with kids and does a really nice job with their hair. They do offer other spa services but I haven't personally tried them."

"I recently had a massage by Katelyn after I had some low back issues that left me stiff for a week. Her treatment definitely helped relax my muscles and return to my normal functionality. What I liked the most was that she consistently asked about the amount of pressure I preferred and maintained that pressure. I often find that RMTs do not get deep enough for my liking even when they are prompted. I am happy to recommend people to this massage therapy clinic. Thank you for great treatment."
