"My new favourite spot in the city! The vibes are immaculate ✨ Music, ambience, scent, and even lighting is such a vibe. The sauna is spacious with deep seats and lots of air flow. By far the hottest sauna I’ve been in in Toronto. I love the communal ice baths. It makes it a lot easier, for me at least, having other people doing the plunge with me. If you’re not up for a plunge, you can always take advantage of the cold water bucket. The space is clean, everyone is so friendly, and I’m just really excited to be part of this community!"

"I had my first massage today at Zen Chez Nous and there’s two things I’d like to share : 1. Google, the address on Google maps is completely wrong and sent me to another city, thus making me 30 minutes late to my appointment - not very conducive to relaxation. 2. Lee was very kind and incredibly profesional. He focused on exactly where I asked, and I received one of the best massages of my life and will be returning back. The room also was set up for complete relaxation Thank you!"

(only tried it once before and I didn't really enjoy it because lady did not know what she was doing... ) but Xiao Yuan Is Amazing and Professional ! She uses crazy techniques with her feet and walks on your back and I swear it sounds painful but it's not It feels so amazing and safe. She even did laser treatment on me To warm up my muscles and it was so nice ! I love the whole experience!!! Atmosphere: very zen .. it's in her house so it's very personal and one on one! It's very out of the way but it was worth the drive! Price: 1h-90$ +20$ for the laser therapy I strongly strongly recommend trying her out you will Not Regret it!!!"
