"Booked a couple’s massage here as I thought I’d try out a new spa. Our experience started out pretty good, the girl who booked our appointment over the phone was super nice & helpful. She was also there onsite & explained everything to us. I wish I knew her name! The spa itself looks & feels nice, it was clean & comfortable. We enjoyed the baths for a bit before our massage. We were told one of our massage therapists would be late, which was fine. When she finally arrived, there was not much of an apology for the wait but whatever. The massage was good. This is where I started having an issue. Receptionists aren’t very friendly & one of them was on their phone when we left. I have insurance so I asked for receipts for the both of us to submit. Apparently my guest’s therapist — the same one that came late — didn’t have any left (?) I found that to be very unprofessional & inconvenient. When calling to request it again, I was told they couldn’t do anything and to contact customer service. I sent them a detailed e-mail & got no response at all — they basically ignored it… A few days later they end up sending the receipt to my guest’s e-mail with again, no apology for the inconvenience. Besides that one girl I talked to, this place really needs to work on their customer service. Their prices aren’t cheap either so I expected better!"
