"Sophie did really excellent work. I came in for a massage to manage leg, hip and lower back pain. She did an excellent job with the massage, helped relieve the pain and was incredibly knowledgeable. She also gave me some excellent exercises to do to help me with future pain AND she broke them down in a detailed email for me to reference whenever I like. If I wasn’t from Toronto she would be my new regular massage therapist. Definitely visit Stil space, they will not disappoint!"
