"I highly recommend Total Skin & Body for skin treatments and all other relaxation or wellness needs. After a year of my face increasingly being covered in a hives/acne type rash with extreme dryness, I was disheartened. To help it, I had tried changing my diet, skin care regimen, and going to my phamacist and GP to get it under control but to no avail. I decided to get a facial at Total Skin. With a detailed intake and examination by Leanne, she was able to confidently tell me I have rosacea acne. Finally an answer! I bought the 10-session package for red & blue light therapy for my face along with two skin care products that work best for this skin condition. The team was accommodating with booking appointment times around my work schedule; the aesthetician would do a relaxing cleansing regimen if I ever came in with makeup on for my treatment; ensured I was tucked in warm & comfortable; would let me listen to my own music; and would check in on me throughout the 30 min sessions to ensure I was okay. After 10 sessions, the redness in my face has reduced, the texture of my skin is so smooth and not dry, and the acne is way more under control. The before and after pictures don't lie! Thank you Leanne and Total Skin & Body for giving me comfort and confidence with my skin back!"

She always takes the time to ask and check with me about how I want my eyebrows shaped before starting the threading. "Did shellac here. First time it was good when I came with just natural nails. It lasted less than 2 weeks, but I decided to give it another shot. That was a huge mistake. She ripped my cuticles on 7 fingers! 7!!! 2 were noticeable damaged and bleeding. When I pointed it out to Renu she said “it’s ok”. Is it? She didn’t even say sorry. When you come to get your nails done you don’t expect to get hurt almost every finger. Pictures are taken on day 3. It still hurts and stings when I get my hands wet. Will never go there again. I can understand when people make mistakes, probably it was an accident (but doubt it because only 3 fingers were not damaged), but I can’t understand and accept the fact that service is not even apologizing for obvious mistakes."

"I had an excellent massage from Natalia, who was very thorough, skilled, and professional, and provided great advice on stretching and exercises I can do between appointments to help with my issues. My only concern is the tipping option at the front desk. It is an automatic message that appears before completing an electronic transaction. I don't tip for insurable medical treatments, and thought that it was unethical for a service provider accept tips for registered massage therapy? I felt awkward not leaving a tip, as it was by no means a reflection of the fantastic service. I did try to express this with the reception staff. I haven't had an rmt massage in a few years, and have never been faced with an automated tipping screen at any clinics before in KW. Perhaps the etiquette has changed, but I can't justify tipping on an insured medical treatment."
