"This review is far overdue. For over 6 years, I have been seeing Mandy (Ching-I Tsai), who is THE best RMT that I have ever been to (and I have had many massages from RMTs, even at high-end / luxury spas in many different countries). I have followed her to every clinic she has been to and I'm willing to drive across the city in Toronto traffic just to see her. No massage experience that I've had since meeting Mandy ever compares. She is so incredibly talented, attentive, kind, and is able to intuitively pinpoint exactly what your body needs. Her technique is like no other, and I always jokingly say that Mandy is a magician... because every single time I visit Mandy, I leave feeling completely "fixed", relaxed, and rejuvenated - which has significantly improved my quality of life (I work in an office and spend an exorbitant amount of time sitting so I have a lot of upper body pain). If you are especially someone who prefers deep tissue massages, she will not disappoint. Her skills aside -- she has a heart of gold, is the most caring and genuine soul, and is always so pleasant to talk to. Seeing Mandy is truly therapeutic in all senses of the word. I look forward to my visits every time, and I hope that you will book a visit with Mandy because she is simply the best!"

"Got a bio gel overlay yesterday. The place is well maintained and clean and the ladies are very nice. However, I got a newbie nail tech who was still in training. She did an ok job and my nails look decent but when you take a closer look you can tell they are not even and they’re super thick on the tips. These are all my natural nails underneath. On their website it states that a fill is 50 dollars yet I ended up paying 100 tip included. I liked the place and the convenience that’s near my home but to charge as a senior nail tech when you’re a newbie is a bold move and I don’t think it’s fair. Giving them 3 stars since there’s a lot of room for improvement. Update** Went to get fill at a different place today, only to find out that thanks to the poorly done job of a newbie nail tech, I got fungus on my nails. This has never happened to me before and it forced me to cut the nails that I grew out for months. I DON’T recommend this place for any nail service. They charge hundreds of dollars only to cause infections. Train your nail techs better before you let them pretend they know what they’re doing. If I could give 0 stars I would. This salon ruined my nails."

"Okay so I called ahead of time for a pedicure to se what she charges she said 40. So I got their first, she rushed through the pedicure, 2nd that it wasn't the color I picked. 3rd they charged me 65 bucks and last but not least my nails are like lifted on the sides, was done so sloppy. Very disappointing. I talked to owner Mia she said I picked another color, idk what she ment by that. But yeah total rip off, wouldn't suggest going there."
