"I had a hip replacement and have completely recovered thanks to Adam Lece. Through Adam’s expertise and guidance, I followed the program he set out for me. He taught me not to be afraid to follow through with the exercises, yet to be mindful to not push too hard. I graduated from walking with a cane for several months to going down hill skiing, biking and hiking. At the age of 77, I am grateful that Adam gave me back a quality of life that I thought was gone. He is extremely experienced, professional, friendly and a great teacher. The entire Staff at Kneaded care were alway friendly and professional. Thank you S Howe"
