"Set a day for my mom and sisters to have a pedicure and a facial for my mom's birthday. Booking was easy. Walking in was a great first impression, nice lighting and complimentary snacks and tea and water. I was not happy with how the lady doing my mom's facial upsold services without being upfront that it was an additional charge. It was a surprise for her. She asked the lady what was INCLUDED with her facial and was led to believe that a peel was part of the service. Only to find out when I paid that it was an additional $100. I feel like additional charges of $10-$20 are fine to sneak in. But $100 should be disclosed so you can make an informed decision. My mom is worth the extra cost of course, but I won't be returning to this place because of this reason."
"Highly recommending this place 1000% for Osteopathy by Daniel Bellinaso. He provided excellent care to my cousin visiting out of town, who had fractured her arm . Two appointments later, she no longer needs a sling and is able to move her arm around and in much less pain. ???? If you are suffering from chronic back, neck, or leg pain, please make an appointment and visit with Daniel. He's a miracle worker and will not be disappointed ! This clinic is a beautiful, serene, calm place, the receptionist is a very helpful and cheerful lady . There is free parking as well ????"
"Visited this spa last weekend and it was alright. The staff overall was very nice, but the facilities do not give “Zen” the locker rooms are tiny. Everyone is on top of each other which leaves very little privacy. The waiting rooms for massages and services are right across the locker rooms with no doors or anything so it is very loud hearing the other guests walk in and out of the locker rooms or hydrotherapy area. There is no way you can actually relax before your treatment. The three thermal pools outside are tiny. They allow 6 people per pool. There was a group of girls in there for about an hour before they left the warm pool which is probably the most popular because it’s not too hot or too cold. With the pools being so small I feel there should be a time limit especially on the weekends when it’s already so busy. By the time they left, people were rushing for their turn which I don’t blame them. The food is subpar. Across the facility they only offer lemon water, tea, and coffee. Most hydrotherapy spas that I’ve been to also offer at least fruits, nuts, etc. some places even offer a small cafe with the price you pay for their services. We ordered the beef tacos and for $32 we got two tacos and some fries…such a rip off in my opinion. Overall the experience was eh. I recommend checking out other day spas in the area."
"We did the hydrotherapy circuit on a Saturday afternoon (3-5pm the Thanksgiving weekend). Overall we enjoyed it and found it relaxing, however, some things were not that impressive. When we got there there were used towels EVERYWHERE, there were literally only 3 towels left to pick from. There were also used cups everywhere and no clean ones for water. These did not get changed out until about 45 minutes into our time slot when it started to empty out a bit. Also, we were told there would be people in the Rest room/Quiet room to ask us if we needed anything. No one greeted us or asked us the entire time we were in the circuit or the Rest room/Quiet Room. Also the rest room was freezing and a worker came in and said it was set to 68 and no wonder everyone was so cold. The other thing I was not a fan of was the maintenance man walked through the entire pool area with his street shoes on. That's pretty disgusting. They give you flip flops to wear, and we had our own but you are still walking a little bit on the tile. Hopefully people aren't getting foot fungus. The girls getting the towels were also in their street shoes. They should have to put covers on their shoes. Many areas have mold. When in the cold pool look up at the flower boxes. Finally, the entire place made my eyes burn SO bad, so the chemicals were really strong. Otherwise my husband loved the experience. I am not sure it was worth it, we gave it a try but I wouldn't do it again. We did not tip because not one person the entire time asked us if we needed anything."
"I’ve been enjoying Erin’s services for YEARS. (Like, more than 10, and too many to count). Erin’s current location at the Palazzo Suites is amazing. Clean, fresh, brand new, PEACEFUL and perfect for one on one services. No busy locker rooms or chatty bachelorette party groups here!! Just say no to a row of pedicure chairs where you have to endure everyone’s conversations. I cannot. Erin gives the best pedicures, anywhere. Period. I’ve had pedicures all over the world, high end spas, hotels, etc. None ever last the way Erin’s do. Even without shellac, they do not chip and the polish lasts and lasts. I’ve also enjoyed many facials, eye brow waxes, and manicures over the years. All have been lovely! Erin is personable, professional and kind, and makes an effort to get to know her clients. She will remember what you liked from last time, right down to the polish colour you tend to gravitate towards ????. She isn’t happy unless you’re happy. I have recommended multiple friends and family to come and see Erin for her services as I know it’s a confident recommendation. People are always raving about their experience when I send them to Erin. Next- I’d like to try Spa Lash’s eyelash tinting services to see if I can break up with my mascara and eye makeup remover ????"
"First of all, what an amazing place and easy to book. They told me that my room had a little upgrade. I must say, a big update since they've put a jaccuzi! Plus, there was an independant shower too. I enjoyed every minute of my stay there. My room was very clean (I can tell, because I used to work at an hotel years ago). Not a single nail nor hair, the bed was clean as well with new sheets and pillows. Employees are smiling and welcoming. Thank you Andy for your joyful presence at the breakfast. I really appreciated since it was my first experience and I went alone. I recommend this hotel a 100%! ????"
