"I had a super good experience at The Palms Wellness Studio by Jenny. I visited for a Swedish Massage and it was very impressed with her service. Actually, it was my first body massage. So, I was little bit nervous before I visited there. But, the spa is very welcoming and gives a cozy feeling. Especially, Jenny made me feel comfortable with her friendly personality and she's also very professional with lots of her working experience in this field. She concerns clients's body condition and provide the best service for individual needs. So, I could trust her for the massage. After I got it, I feel much refreshed. Good location, Easy to online booking!! There is no doubt that the spa is deserved to go. I will definitely visit again!"

"Very bad experience and would not recommend. As others have noted in their reviews, its impossible to contact the clinic and book an appointment. They never call you back, you need to continually call / text to be able to reach them and book an appointment. They also never communicated that they moved locations, I only found out when I turned up for my appointment and the door was locked and the place near door told me they moved out of their downtown location. You will loose your money - I'm still trying to contact them for the remainder of my appointments that I have left on the package that I purchased."

"I came here a few months ago to see one of the RMT’s for a massage. While the massage itself was fine, for the entire duration of the massage (1hour) she was talking about her childhood trauma and her family dynamics. And then proceeded to tell me she “believes in energy transfer” all while massaging me and continuing to talk about her past traumas… I felt very uncomfortable for the entire duration of the treatment. I’m not one for confrontation so I thought if I didn’t talk she would also stop, but that was not the case. I left feeling not so relaxed…"

"Horrible experience – do NOT recommend! We booked a couples massage, and they called to say they only had male masseuses, which we weren’t comfortable with. When we requested two female masseuses, we later found out that female staff don’t even do body massages—only facials and head massages. So if you want a body massage, you’re forced to go with a male masseuse, which they didn’t tell us upfront. To make things worse, they kept canceling and rebooking our appointment, causing unnecessary frustration. When we finally arrived, they had no idea what we wanted, making the whole situation even more annoying. After all that, we left completely disappointed, and wasted our Sunday. Terrible communication, misleading service, and overall a waste of time!"

"I had a massage and my daughter had a facial. The receptionist was nice and efficient. My massage was fine except I had specifically asked for a silent massage (no extra talking) and unfortunately the RMT was having respiratory problems and was sniffing and coughing throughout the massage. At the end of my daughter’s facial the person came out and basically told me if I don’t buy their product my daughter will have to go on meds to clear up acne. While I don’t doubt this is true, the HARD sell for the products was completely unnecessary and very harsh. I’m sure I could find other products that aren’t $200."
