"Update: The manager called me after I posted the review to make amends regarding the situation. I did appreciate the call. The manager also provided a free wax session for eyebrows and upper lips. I went to this business to get my eyebrow and upper lip waxing and I left with cuts that just got darker with every passing day. When I contacted the business, they accused me of lying saying the pictures were old, despite me going into the business and showing them the cuts. I was told the manager would call me to discuss the situation but I haven't received a call. Very disappointed and never coming back."

"Dawn (the owner) is kind, experienced and goes above and beyond for her clients. She makes all spa treatments a calming experience. He spa is clean, sanitary, very cozy decor, feels very homey and is a very calming environment. I go for waxing and she is quick, efficient, as low pain as waxing cam be amd she talks you through the entrie thing telling you what she is doing and what you should be doing. Been coming here for over 15 years and will never go anywhere else for a wax!"

"Horrible work. You have to pay before you receive the service. Went for a mani pedi shellac. Never knew someone could mess up shellac. The work on the feet was 1/10. Manicure 1/10, the shellac was rising, blotchy, not clean and crisp. 75$ for mani and pedi shellac. When the lady was done, one of the workers turned, during assisting another client with services, and said "aren't you going to tip her, your friend gave a tip to their person". I just walked out. NEVER AGAIN!"

"I had a UNFORTUNATE chance to select MARIA. She was extremely rude and condescending. I was initially attracted to her voluptuous body. But inside the room, she was inattentive and completely distracted with her phone. No attempt to connect with me or offer a decent massage. Worst experience. If she doesn't like her job, then stop. I paid for 30 minutes, but got only 15 minutes of disrespect and a terrible experience. Not worth even $30, but I already paid $130 + door fee. DO NOT USE MARIA. YOU WILL REGRET IT!"

"The spa itself was good, but the unprofessional behavior of one staff member ruined the experience. When we tried to pay, there was confusion about being at a different Marriott hotel. Instead of addressing the issue politely, this staff member reacted with anger, condescension, and a dismissive attitude, making us feel uncomfortable. When we entered the spa, she was supposed to give us a tour but instead spent just three seconds explaining the facilities in a dismissive tone, as if we weren’t welcome. We didn’t understand the tour, so we asked another staff member for help. Thankfully, this person, who was slightly older with dark hair, completely turned the experience around. She patiently explained the spa features, including the three pools with high, medium, and low temperatures, all while being kind and welcoming. Her professionalism and warm demeanor are the only reasons this review isn’t a one-star. The difference between these two staff members highlights how critical customer service is in creating a positive experience."
