This experience is so much needed in a world with phones and computers it was a great detox for my head and none the less all that’s included at a very affordable price. "First time coming here with my wife for the 30 minute IR Sauna. Place was wonderful, booking was very simple online. Sauna itself is clean and workers were very nice esp Ing. She took the time to go through all the services offered at Float Valley and showed us all the rooms. She's very knowledgeable and wonderful. We'll definitely be back to try all the other services. Money worth it for health and relaxation. My wife and I like the fact that you get your own private room. Some big spa places have a challenge controlling crowd noise but the set up here is great. Very private and very relaxing."

"There are a few positive points about this health centre. It was fast to book for an appointment on the same day. The interior looks nicer (decorative items) The rooms & chairs are old. But that was fine because the therapist has mad skill. She worked so hard on my body, maybe a little too hard, but I like it rough ???? I booked a longer massage session and therapist was honest in showing me time start go finish. She was very nice as well, despite the language barrier. The front desk person, I had mixed emotions. She was dismissive in the end, I paid for tips (20$) and she didn’t even say thanks or look up!!! But I think it’s common nowadays. People say front desk are always rude everywhere, every kind of business. Maybe it’s just the trend. The massage is killin’ though. You should try. It looks modest outside and inside on some part of this health centre, but the most important part is the masseuse’s art."
