"I had a bad experience somewhere else and had to get my nail set removed. It’s been 3 weeks and I was so excited to get a new set in time for an event I am going to. I asked for an almond shape with a solid colour, simple and no room for anything to go wrong. I struggle with telling someone I am unhappy but I also feel like the nail tech should have been able to look at the nails they’ve done and realize the issues. I am now left to reshape them myself and have nails I am unhappy with for the next 3 weeks, I know first world problems… But when you are trying to treat yourself it really does suck when these things happen. More training and care should be put forth so this doesn’t continue for future clients."
