"First time coming here with my friend, expected girls spa day. There was only one girl working. She was too young to be doing this kind job. Lacks experience and has no insight in the Sudanese skincare. She wasn’t even Sudanese. I feel like she was rushing us through every part of the process, is the way of getting us done quickly because we were the last clients. She wasn’t not friendly and had flat personality. I didn’t see my friend or had interaction with my friend because she did us one by one. Some of the equipment was not working , the worker said they have power issues. She didn’t really not how to operate them. She started vacuuming and cleaning while trying to have a relaxing treatment.Service me cold tea. When I had to shower in the second floor, I felt very uncomfortable because there were men in the second floor. I used a skin moisturizer in the shower because skin was dry after the treatment, it was expired and my face had acne from it. I wish the regular staff with the more experience were there, maybe it would have been better. Someone who understands Sudanese skincare. Having more staff working there. I don’t recommend this to anyone and will not come back again."

"Make sure to remind front counter staff that you have benefits since they directly bill. Even though I stated this during my booking, the receptionist did not ask me at the time of payment. I did get a refund done (10 mins later), but it will not show up on my credit card for 2-3 weeks. Lina massage therapist was great, but I have had exceptional quality & services elsewhere. The location is convenient, so maybe as a backup is my thought."
